Each family is expected to volunteer a total of five (5) hours. A post-dated deposit check of $250 will be collected at check-in. If volunteer hours ARE fulfilled during the season, the check will be returned or shredded. If the hours are NOT fulfilled, the check will be cashed. Families will need to report volunteer hours to the team manager, who in turn will send them in to the Volunteer Coordinator. Hours can be completed in a number of ways and includes, but is not limited to:

-Assistant Coach
-Team Manager
-Check-in and Weigh-in
-Evaluations
- Picture Night
-Chains during home games
-Team Photographer
-Team Videographer
-Helping coaches with practices
-Helping coaches carry dummies to/from practice
Events / Vounteer Manager
Individual team web pages are provided on the ERYFA web site. This is to be used by teams for coaches contact information, team roster, game and practice schedule, team pictures / logos, etc. Coaches will be able to update the page themselves or provide access to a team manager or other parent to do so.
