How do I register???

In order to register everyone must have a NGIN log-in. If you already have a NGIN account from last year or another sport (Elk River Youth Hockey or TRSA) select the LOGIN option in the upper left to add ERYFA to your profile.

If you do not have an NGIN account, Click here to create new NGIN log-in. Create one for you, the parent first!!!!  You will add your player during registration.

Once you have your NGIN account set-up select the registration button below to get started.

Payment options this year have not changed, there will be the option to set-up a 2  installment payment for a nominal fee.  First payment due upon registration and the 2nd payment will automatically deducted  on July 15th. (the league covers the transaction fee on the first payment).

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover or checking account withdrawal.

New Volunteer Form Policy

The ERYFA Volunteer Form document below must be filled out and turned-in along with your volunteer check at WEIGH-INS or your child will not be able to participate in evaluations.

May 1st through July 15th​

  • $135*     2nd/3rd Grade
  • $210     4th-6th Grade
  • $245     7th-8th Grade

Register based on the players grade in the fall.

Two payment option is available for
nominal $5.00 fee.

Refund Policy

  • In the event of season cancellation due to COVID full refunds will be issued to all registered players.
  • A $10.00 processing fee per player being refunded will be assessed on ALL non-COVID related refunds to cover bank fees.
  • Full refunds will be given until the first day of evaluations.
  • Refunds of 50% will be given from the beginning of the season until August 31st.
  • Beginning Sept. 1st no refunds will be given.
  • Injury refund requests will be assessed on a per case basis.

                                      Request of Refund Procedure                                  

All requests for refunds must be made in writing or emailed. If the request has been approved; a refund check will be sent within 14-21 days, direct to the applicant. You can email your request to
