The Elk River Youth Football Association (ERYFA) is volunteer run organization dedicated to offering young people in grades 2nd through 8th an opportunity to learn the fundamentals of tackle football, the value of teamwork and to have fun doing it.  Our program has been designed to contribute to the development of the players through:

• Sense of Teamwork
• Positive self-image
• Moral Principles
• Appreciation of what the body can do
• Social Skills
• Understanding that the character a person needs to be the same on and off the football field

We are committed to ensuring a positive youth tackle football experience and advancing player safety each year by providing league-wide coaching education and teaching resources that benefit players, parents and coaches.

• This is a developmental football association to teach and encourage good sportsmanship and fair play. 
• Teams will be formed each year with a draft of talent to creates teams of equal talent.

• Each participant will learn to play positions on offense and defense during the season.
